Start with Machine Monitor, Piece Counter, Andon Button and Edge Gateway. The fastest way to put your first machines online.

The proven starter bundle designed to get your first 3 machines online with live OEE and downtime reasons in hours.

Overview

The Starter Kit combines the four products every plant needs first: Machine Monitor, Piece Counter, Andon and Downtime Button, and Edge Gateway.

It is designed for a first group of machines, can be installed with no changes to the machine itself, and connects directly to the Poldu dashboard for live status, output, losses and OEE. Start small with a few machines, prove the result, then add energy, maintenance, traceability and quality products as you grow.

How It Works

Non-invasive sensors connect to each machine without altering internal control panels. Data streams securely to the local Edge Gateway via wireless or RS-485 and syncs directly to your Poldu cloud or on-premise dashboard.

What You See on the Dashboard

  • Real-time floor view of all pilot machines with color-coded live running/idle/stopped states
  • Automatic shift production counts against work order targets
  • One-touch operator stoppage reasons visualized on Pareto loss charts
  • Automated OEE metrics broken into Availability, Performance, and Quality

Results It Drives

  • Fast ROI: identify hidden machine idle time within the first week of installation.
  • No PLC changes: works seamlessly on both legacy vintage machines and modern CNCs.
  • Zero IT headache: plug-and-play cellular or Wi-Fi gateway connects automatically.

Best For

Any factory owner or plant head ready to eliminate paper logs and start their Industry 4.0 journey with zero disruption.
