Batch Traceability • MILESTONE #9

Trace Station

Poldu Industrial Systems R&D • Released October 2026
Share:
Trace every batch from raw material to dispatch. Poldu Trace Station scans barcodes and RFID tags and links each lot to its full history.

Forward and backward batch tracking linking heat numbers, machine logs, and operator timestamps in seconds.

The Problem

When a customer reports a defect, plants struggle to find which raw material, machine, shift and operator were involved. Searching paper records takes days, and the recall may be wider than necessary.

The Hardware

A scan point with a barcode scanner or RFID reader and a small display. Operators scan the lot or bin at each stage: goods receipt, production, quality, packing and dispatch. Labels and tags can be printed from the system.

The Dashboard Result

  • Forward and backward trace of any batch in seconds
  • A lot history: supplier, raw material, machine, shift, QC results, packing, customer
  • Stage-wise stock and work in progress
  • Alerts when a wrong or expired lot is scanned

How It Improves Performance

  • Faster root cause analysis: the source of a defect is found quickly.
  • Smaller recalls: only affected batches are isolated.
  • Customer confidence: traceability reports are ready for audits.
  • Fewer mix-ups: wrong material or lot is blocked before use.

Best For

Auto parts, fasteners, pharma-adjacent and food-adjacent processes, and any customer that demands lot traceability.

Call to Action

Trace any batch in seconds.
